THE LEGAL CASE FOR JUDEA, SAMARIA AND THE SETTLEMENTS
This is arguably one of the most important bulletins ever posted on this site. It explains the legality of Israel's presence in Judea & Samaria and the legality of the Jewish settlements in those areas. If you seriously wish to understand the legal justification of these issues, please give 46 minutes of your time to watch International Law Professor Eugene Kontorovich's lecture.

VERIFIABLE FACTS ABOUT THE ARAB ISRAELI CONFLICT
If people argue with you about the Middle East conflict, have them read these verifiable facts and ask them to refute them....
ZALMAN SHOVAL
WHY DID PEACE NEGOTIATIONS FAIL? - ZALMAN SHOVAL
The following article by Zalman Shoval, former Israel's ambassador to the USA, speaks for itself.
Those of us who are blessed with intellectual integrity have known for a long time that the essence of the Middle East conflict is NOT territorial and no amount of Israeli territorial concessions would reslove it, short of conceding the entire country of Israel.
WHY A TWO - STATE SOLUTION WILL NEVER WORK - BARRY SHAW
What will happen when you have pressured Israel into allowing a Palestinian entity to take hold on the 1967 borders, an entity that is taken over by a radical Islamic force bent on Israel’s destruction?
There is no place for you Jews among us, and you have no future among the nations of the world. You are headed for annihilation. – Mahmoud Zahar.
Death to Israel! – Heard at most anti-Israel demonstrations.
I will never recognize the Jewish state, not in a thousand years! – Mahmoud Abbas
From the river to the sea, from the north to the south, this is our land, our homeland. There will be no relinquishing even an inch of it. Israel is illegitimate and will remain so throughout the passage of time. It belongs to us and not the Zionists – Khaled Mashaal
MOSHE YA'ALON
MOSHE YA'ALON - STRATEGIC THINKER AND LEADER
Candidly Speaking: Ya’alon is perhaps the most understated minister in the government and is considered a highly untypical Israeli leader.
Quote:
“One of our biggest problems is that we have become solution-oriented and expect a solution now.... We need to look not for a solution but for a path. There are problems in life that have no solution.
At the moment the Israeli-Palestinian conflict is a problem with no solution.... Anyone suggesting otherwise is promoting a false illusion. A golden calf. Selfdeception.”

EFRAT IN JUDEA
ISRAELIS HAVE A LEGAL RIGHT TO SETTLE ALL JUDEA & SAMARIA
Committee headed by retired Supreme Court justice, tasked with examining the legal status of outposts, concludes that international law does not preclude Israeli construction on land owned by the state • Committee declares that communities built with government assistance were implicitly authorized.
JUSTICE EDMOND LEVY
EDMOND LEVY'S REVOLUTION - MOSHE DANN
"For more than four decades Israel’s acquisition of Judea, Samaria and Gaza in the 1967 Six Day War has been portrayed by those who oppose the right of Jews to settle these areas as “illegal” and “immoral.”
The [Levy Commission] report decisively ends the delusion that Israel will withdraw to the 1949 Armistice Lines, which would essentially be an act of national suicide.
The report is breathtaking in the scope of its critique of Israeli policy.
For decades the government of Israel has failed to respond effectively, accurately and responsibly to the charge that “Israel has stolen Palestinian land.”
Faced with this opposition and increasing Palestinian terrorism, Israel ducked for cover. Hoping that concessions would bring conciliation and international approval, Israel accepted the misconceptions of “land for peace,” “illegal occupation,” and “the two state solution.” This became the basis of Israeli policy – and basically still is."

STUPID, SEDITIOUS OR SUICIDAL? - MARTIN SHERMAN
"Talk sense to a fool and he calls you foolish" - Euripides
The dogmatic intransigence of committed two-staters, Arab-appeasers and Muslim- mollifiers seems immutable by means of reason or rational argument. Unwilling to admit error – or even the possibility thereof – they appear incapable of bringing themselves to concede that their noxious brew of delusion and hubris has created a situation of mortal peril.

YORAM ETTINGER
INTRO TO THE MIDDLE EAST - YORAM ETTINGER
"In the pursuit of peace, alliances and interests, Western policy-makers have tended to sacrifice the perplexing realities of the Middle East on the altar of oversimplification and wishful-thinking. Yet their attempts to implement unsubstantiated policies often have served to inflame rather than extinguish regional fires." M.S.

BEWARE THE PALESTINIANS' PHASED PLAN - YORAM ETTINGER
This bulletin is extremely important.
If you truly wish to understand what the "Palestinians" plan for Israel, do not neglect to read the following article by Yoram Ettinger. Pasted below the article is the Palestinians' 10 Points Phased Plan mentioned in Mr. Ettinger's article. I admit until today I had no idea of this document's existence.
This most revealing document is not fished from oblivion, it is currently on the Internet Site of the Permanent Palestinian Mission to the UN.
Also extremely important is to remind oneself of the misleading empty and scary promises made in Israel's Knesset prior to the 2005 expulsion from Gush Katif, Gaza.
After reading and watching the following, do you still believe in handing over territories to the "Palestinians" or to the politicians who tell you that the TWO STATES SOLUTION is the right thing to do?
ANNEXATION WINS HANDS DOWN OVER A TWO STATES SOLUTION
Truth Provider proudly welcomes the first posting of an article by the superb Matthew M. Hausman, a lawyer and an expert on the Middle East conflict. INTELLECTUALS AND THE LEFT - ISI LEIBLER
'It is hard to comprehend how seemingly rational educated Jews can behave in such a manner. Of course, Jews turning against themselves are not a new phenomenon.'
'Of course, criticism of Israel is a guaranteed passport for elevation to heroic stature in certain Western liberal quarters, and thus represents an additional incentive for failed Israeli politicians...'
'The situation became exacerbated in recent years with a major change in public perceptions and the emergence of a consensus moving the country somewhat to a right of center approach to the Israel-Palestinian impasse, thus further marginalizing the far left. To the dismay of the radicals, , their bête noire, Netanyahu, far from being reviled , emerged as the most popular leader.'

10 Rules How to Negotiate with Arabs (and Others)
By Moshe Sharon

Dedicated to Those Obsessed With Instant Peace
"Everybody says that his donkey is a horse."
"There is no tax on words." (Two Arab proverbs)
"The "peace process" experiment proved beyond doubt that the Israeli Left's perception of the problems of the Middle East had always been distorted. Perhaps the most egregious example of this was Israel's unilateral withdrawal from Gaza in 2005, which served to convert all of Gaza into a Hamas terror base rather than the tranquil oasis the Left was convinced would follow." This is one of those rare articles that say it all.

Do me a favor, please do not miss this article.
Simple truths plus a little knowledge in history, is all you need to fully understand the Middle East conflict.
George Will does it in the following short article.
I hope PM Netanyahu internalizes this superb article when he sits with Abu Maazen in New York on September 2nd. He must see it as clearly as if it is projected on the wall facing him.
Furthermore, PM Netanyahu must be extremely careful with any advice from President Obama. More so than any president in America's history. President Obama advice to an Israeli PM cannot be better trusted than an advice from Ahitophel (Samuel II - 15:12).
In a recent Op-Ed article by a Muslim commentator in our local paper, the writer suggests that Afghanistan must be left alone to sort out her own problems. With a minimum of decency and integrity (rarely practiced by that writer), the same request must be applied to Israel.

WHAT THE LEFT IS REALLY AFTER - CAROLINE GLICK
Ecclesiastes 10:2
'The mind of the wise man faces right, but the mind of the fool faces left. Even when he walks along the road, the fool shows no sense and calls everyone else a fool.'
'So what accounts for the Left’s behavior? Why is it that intelligent people like Olmert and Kadima leader Tzipi Livni and their comrades in the Labor Party and Meretz and the Geneva Initiative are so quick to make insipid arguments? Why won’t they just admit that Israel is better off remaining where it is and not contracting to within indefensible boundaries?
What do they really want?
The answer to this last question is as simple as it is insidious.'
You know already that this Truth Provider believes that there is only one reasonable and feasable solution to the Israeli 'Palestinian' conflict. It is simply Jordan.
Jordan is part of historical Palestine. Its population is 78% Palestinian Arabs. Implanting yet another Arab country between the Jordan River and the sea, rendering Israel 9-miles wide, will only enhance the Arabs' appetite to go at Israel again. In addition, a country in the limited rocky area of Judea and Samaria cannot be territorially viable.
Nobody disputes the fact that Jordan is Palestine because it makes perfect logic. The reason that Israeli and world leaders refrain from pressing this solution is simple, they prefer a moderate peaceful western Arab country to a radical Palestine which it will certainly become under the PLO or Hamas.
So instead, they choose to bully Israel instead of King Abdallah II.
The writer of the following article is a Palestinian Arab. Please also watch Israel's Critical Security Needs under the Video Menu.

THE REJECTIONIST
ARABS STILL STUCK ON REJECTION
Yesterday, at the UN General Assembly, Israel’s Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman, said what no Israeli Foreign Minister or Prime Minister have dared say: The TRUTH!!!
In front of some 140 hostile to Israel delegations, he stated his opinion that real peace between Israel and the “Palestinians” will take decades to materialize.
PM Netanyahu said that Lieberman’s speech was not coordinated with him. If that is true (and it is not necessarily so), it may cost Lieberman his job, or his FM position. If he is fired, as the entire Israeli left and left media is demanding, he will have the satisfaction that for once and maybe once only the UN podium was used for stating the truth.
Please follow the news by clicking on the following links and read two articles on the subject by clicking READ MORE below.
Please pay attention to the fact that the left-liberal Haaretz (3rd article below) keeps referring to Lieberman’s plans as “controversial scheme” while never using these words for the Left’s scheme to uproot 300,000 Jewish residents from Judea & Samaria.
FIFTEEN YEARS TO RABIN'S ASSASSINATION - YUVAL ZALIOUK
It is imperative that you read this important bulletin, particularly the quotes from Rabin's speeches, and learn who PM Yitzhak Rabin really was.
In view of the terrible policies of all Israeli governments that followed Rabin, it is crucial to pay attention to what were his red lines and real intentions.
Too many spins, propaganda and lies continue to be circulated about this great man by all kind of interested parties and organizations.
Would Israel be in peace next to an independent "Palestinian" state in Judea, Samaria and Gaza, had Rabin lived?

BRITISH MANDATE MAP
The Absurdity of the Two States Solution
To anybody with minimum intelligence, it should be clear by now that the 1993 Oslo Accords "solution" of two states between the Jordan River and the sea is dead. It is dead because there was never any logic in it from its misguided inception.
Three reasons:
1) Jordan is Palestine on 75% territory of the British Mandate over Palestine. Jordan's majority population is "Palestinian."
2) The proposed tiny territory of Judea and Samaria is not viable for yet another independent state.
3) Evacuating 300,000 Jews from Judea & Samaria as demanded by the "Palestinians" is an impossible absurdity.
Despite the above clear points, some countries, as well as the US and the UN, continue to insist on the BANKRUPT Two States Solution.

Why security is so important for Israel, an interview with Ambassador (ret.) Yoram Ettinger
Revolution in Egypt, the Tunisian government has fallen, and there is speculation that Jordan could be next. On top of it all, Lebanon is more fully under the thumb of Hezbollah and Iran than ever before. The regional upheaval has enormous implications for Israel.
Israel Today reporter Ryan Jones spoke about the situation with Yoram Ettinger, a former Israeli diplomat in Washington.
DANNY AYALON
THE DEATH OF 'LINKAGE' - AYALON
"Precisely those who feel that a utopian Middle East will exist after Israeli and Palestinian leader sign their name on a piece of paper demonstrate a lack of understanding of the issues at stake and make it harder for the conflict to be resolved." "While Israelis, including this Israeli government, desire a peace agreement with all of our neighbors, it cannot come at the cost of our existence. Recent events have only confirmed toIsraelthat we live in a tough neighborhood with constantly shifting sands. IfIsraelsigns a peace agreement, it needs to know that it is permanent, stable and secure, and not subject to changing circumstances." D.A. Danny Ayalon isIsrael's deputy minister of foreign affairs.

MARTIN SHERMAN
THE PRICE OF MODERATION - MARTIN SHERMAN
"The point that many well-intentioned pro-Israeli advocates seem be to missing is that it is precisely "moderate supporters of the two-state solution" that have in large measure sown the seeds for the de-legitimization of Israel. While initially this contention may appear somewhat counter-intuitive, the logic behind it is unassailable.
For, once the legitimacy of a Palestinian state is conceded, the de-legitimization of Israel cannot be avoided. The chain of reasoning for this is clear:
If the legitimacy of a Palestinian state is accepted, then necessarily any measures incompatible with its viability are illegitimate. However, Israel's minimum security requirements necessarily obviate the viability of Palestinian state...
For the unpalatable - and unfashionable - truth is that between the (Jordan) River and the (Mediterranean) Sea, there can prevail (and eventually will prevail) either total Jewish sovereignty or total Arab sovereignty.
The side that will prevail is the side whose political acumen is the sharper and whose political will is the stronger. Indeed, never has the biblical wisdom of Solomon been more apt: Whoever agrees to divide that which is dear to him, will – at the end of the day- lose all of it. The Jews must realize that they can either be master of all the land west of the Jordan or none of it – and sooner that the better. " M.S.

Quote:
"As I pointed out in my first analysis on this issue, Libya: 'Tis a Puzzlement (http://www.ekurd.net/mismas/articles/misc2011/3/article74.htm ), Qaddafi is a leader whom even his fellow Arab despots and medieval potentates love to hate (but for reasons actually to his credit…read that first article for some surprises)--so he became an acceptable target for the West's allegedly moral military intervention on behalf of innocents."

"Goldstone should at least have gone on record requesting the UN Human Rights Council (HRC) which orchestrated his report to enable him to express his mea culpa from its podium."
"Like the medieval blood libels, these evil lies are likely to remain embedded in the consciousness of people for hundreds of years. There is no way to express our rage over the damage that this dreadful man inflicted upon his people."

THIS IS A SUPERB ARTICLE ON WHAT PLAGUES THE SO CALLED "PEACE PROCESS."

WHAT OBAMA DID TO ISRAEL - CHARLES KRAUTHAMMER
"Every Arab-Israeli negotiation contains a fundamental asymmetry: Israel gives up land, which is tangible; the Arabs make promises, which are ephemeral.
Obama’s response to this relentless Palestinian intransigence? To reward it — by abandoning the Bush assurances (posted above), legitimizing the ’67 borders and refusing to reaffirm America’s rejection of the right of return.
The only remaining question is whether this perverse and ultimately self-defeating policy is born of genuine antipathy toward Israel or of the arrogance of a blundering amateur who refuses to see that he is undermining not just peace but the very possibility of negotiations." C. K.

PALESTINIAN VICTORY?
IN GOD & THE PALESTINIANS I TRUST - RABBI STEWART WEISS
"Even Obama must have gnashed his teeth as the Palestinians screamed out loud and clear: No compromise, no conciliation, no concessions. "If only they could just keep their mouths shut and just pretend to accept Israel," he must have thought, "I could get the Israelis to buy into this fiasco."" "But, praise to God, the Palestinians rescued us once again. Like Pharaoh, who just couldn't let our people go and so had that "sinking feeling" at the Red Sea; and like the Jordanians, who just couldn't hold back from joining an already-defeated Egyptian-Syrian axis in 1967, and so lost the Old City and the West Bank, the Palestinians simply cannot contain their deep-seated conviction that this land just ain't big enough for the both of us." S.W.

A DO-OR-DIE MOMENT FOR ISRAEL - CAROLINE GLICK

DAVID SUISSA
OBAMA'S NIGHTMARE - DAVID SUISSA
It comes down to a careful reading of Obama’s suggested formulation for restarting peace talks: “1967 lines with mutually agreed swaps.” As Jennifer Rubin writes in The Washington Post, “This formulation is a recipe for undermining the Israeli bargaining position.”
This is not just semantics. Obama is saying to Israel: The starting position for future peace talks is that you don’t have the Western Wall, at least not until the Palestinians say you do.
Incredible, no?
VICTOR DAVIS HANSON
LIBERAL FRANKENSTEINS - VICTOR DAVIS HANSON
From Greece to California, the liberal dream is dead.
Hanson once again nails it.If you are concerned about where this world is heading, this is a prophetic must read.
Almost every demonizing and delegitimizing canard to which we have by now grown so inured had already manifested inself back in 1958.
"EBAN, IT needs stressing, was an out-andout dove. Yet it was he who on November 5, 1969, told Der Spiegel: “We have openly said that the map will never again be the same as on June 4, 1967. For us, this is a matter of security and of principles. The June map is for us equivalent to insecurity and danger.
“I do not exaggerate when I say that it has for us something of a memory of Auschwitz.
We shudder when we think of what would have awaited us in the circumstances of June 1967, if we had been defeated… “This is a situation which will never be repeated in history.”
This piece was co-written by members of the Friends of Israel Initiative (www.friendsofisraelinitiative.org): Jose Maria Aznar, David Trimble, Alejandro Toledo, George Weidenfeld, Marcello Pera, Andrew Roberts, Fiamma Nirenstein, George Weigel, Robert Agostinelli, Carlos Bustelo and William Shawcross.
"Now is the moment of truth for the Palestinians. They must choose negotiations, with all that such negotiations entail.
The unilateral declaration of Palestinian statehood is also a clumsily concealed delegitimization device. Serious Palestinians know very well that they do not meet the internal and external requirements to become a viable state, much less a new UN member with all its attendant obligations.
Their objective is different; the unilateral declaration is in reality simply another tactic in a broader strategy of embarrassing and then delegitimizing the State of Israel.
There is no historical, institutional or legal basis for recognizing a Palestinian state today, except as a kind of “virtual state” which exists in the imaginations of various parties but which has no tether to reality. In theWest Bank, Palestinians depend on Israeli cooperation to function.
There cannot be two states living in peace side by side unless Palestinians accept that Israel is the nation-state of the Jewish people..."
The following quotes were not written by a "Tea Party" lunatic, traitor, terrorist, extreme, criminal (which other names the Administration used? I forgot already...), in an obscure right-wing loon blog publication.
These are the words of one of the most liberal commentators in America, Maureen Dowd, of the NY Times. A great supporter of the President until, it seems, now.
Yes, everybody is entitled to change his/hers mind. This is poignant and sarcastic stuff, and oh soooooo true!
Here, read some quotes:
"Obama is still suffering from the Speech Illusion, the idea that he can come down from the mountain, read from a Teleprompter, cast a magic spell with his words and climb back up the mountain, while we scurry around and do what he proclaimed."
"The days of spinning illusions in a Greek temple in a football stadium are done. The One is dancing on the edge of one term."
"The White House team is flailing - reacting, regrouping, retrenching. It's repugnant."
"The arc of justice is stuck at the top of a mountain. Maybe Obama was not even the person he was waiting for."
Just remember, some of us saw and predicted it three years ago. Just please, do not make us suffer four more years...

The very same “pied-pipers of Oslo” who seduced a misinformed nation into disaster with the lure of “Peace Now,” are now trying to coax it into another debacle – this time with a new tune, “Social Justice.”

Quotes:
AS THE great Twain also said: “A lie can travel halfway around the world while the truth is putting on its shoes.”
If therehas ever been proof of Mark Twain’s maxim that it’s not the size of the dog in the fight, but the size of the fight in the dog, Jews have substantiated it beyond a shadow of doubt.
Truthfully, how many of the “grown-up” Jews you know are intellectually equipped with enough factual information to disarm a person espousing patent lies about us and our homeland?
WE DON’Thave the luxury of a fair fight – nor, as Golda Meir once said, of receiving the most beautiful eulogy in history.
Undoubtedly, military might is essential in containing this war, but attempting to win it with missiles alone is the equivalent of using a few million hammers to destroy billions of perennially reproducing locusts. It’s simply impractical.
In the end,the war against the Jewish people will not be won with our missiles, but with our hearts and minds – the most powerful weapons we have.

PALESTINE ACCORDING TO ABBAS
TRUTH & LIES AT THE THEATRE OF THE ABSURD - MELANIE PHILLIPS
"The whole thing was of course a grotesque charade, outdone in its surrealism only by the reaction of the western world. For the UK and US governments and others said that such a unilateral declaration of independence was a setback for peace and a Palestinian state, which could only be achieved through negotiations between the Palestinians and Israel."
"Not so. Negotiations do not have to be re-started in order to achieve this. If Abbas really wanted a state of Palestine to live in peace alongside Israel, he could have said a handful of words in New York which would have ended the conflict there and then and brought such a state into actual being." The road to hell is paved with good intentions – Aphorism attributed to Saint Bernard of Clairvaux (1090-1153)

The list of the Left’s blunders is depressingly lengthy. It has been hopelessly wrong about... well, everything.
This is the first war in history that on the morrow the victors sued for peace and the vanquished called for unconditional surrender.
– Abba Eban on the Six Day War
The preceding citation, from arguably Israel’s most consummate diplomat, encapsulates the glaring irrationality and the inverted logic that has become the accepted hallmark of the politics of the Arab-Israeli conflict, both at the level of theoretical analysis and of practical policy-making.
The abandonment of any coherent, reasonable criteria has not been confined to the attitude of the Arabs towards Israel, but sadly has become a characteristic of Israeli policy towards the Arabs – and of a host of domestic issues that impinge directly and indirectly on that policy.
NEW TIMES CALL FOR NEW THINKING - DAVID M. WEINBERG
Yisrael Medad sent me the following note and the article below by David M. Weinberg. I hope to publish soon both Prof. Inbar's and Efraim Karsh's articles mentioned in this note.
"We now know that the Oslo process with the Palestinians is going nowhere. The paradigm of a comprehensive peace deal that divides the West Bank and ends all claims is defunct. But it is still hard for politicians to admit this."
"Three years ago, BESA Center director Professor Efraim Inbar bucked conventional wisdom and penned the first full-length and full-throated study declaring the two-state paradigm “passe.” His “Rise and Demise of the Two-State Solution” was followed-up by another provocative BESA study by Maj. Gen. (res.) Giora Eiland, entitled “Regional Alternatives to the Two-State Solution.”"
"Diplomats and policymakers overseas are now going back to bone up on these path-breaking publications, in search of new thinking that can move beyond the stalemate in Palestinian-Israeli relations to which Oslo has led."
"Back in 2006, Professor Efraim Karsh published a little-noticed study called “The Tragedy of Arab Imperialism.” His prescient prediction was that Arab pan-nationalism and nationalist dictatorship structures were paper-thin and bound to fail. He also foresaw the radical Islamist menace lurking underneath. “Islam remains the strongest identity framework in Egyptian society in particular, and in Arab society generally,” Karsh told me last week. “The Arab national dictatorships that were layered over this basic Islamic identity for the past 80 years were but a thin veneer of repression. With the fall of these dictatorships, what remains are the core Islamic underpinnings of society, and these will now come to the fore. Consequently, no democratic structures, processes or values are likely to emerge in the Arab world for many generations.”"

CHRIS CHRISTIE ON ISRAEL - DENNIS PRAGER
"I admire Israel for the enemies it has made." C.C.
What a great sentense uttered by Chris Christie, the Governor of Jew Jersey.
In the few words, reported by the Weekly Standard magazine, Christie said just about everything one needs to know about Israel; about America and Israel; and about American political leadership:
"America should stand by its friends and its democratic allies, even, and sometimes especially, when it's unpopular to do so."
Many wish and plead with Christie to run for the White House against Obama. To no avail, until now he has refused out-right to join the race.
Governor Christie is famous for his sharp tongue and his uncompromising attitude towards his opponents.
He never minces words.
I particularly love the quote pasted (in red) at the top.

"It is not only the disillusioned among the Israeli Left who are expressing ever-more despair at the prospect of implementing the two-state solution. It is increasingly being dismissed as a realistic – or even desirable – aspiration by Palestinians, and not only radical Islamists who reject it because it entails recognizing a Jewish state. Thus for example, in his recent book, What is a Palestinian State Worth?, even Sari Nusseibeh, a show-case “moderate,” expresses “heretical” doubts as to whether the struggle for statehood merits the effort." M.S.
Into the Fray: It is time to have a clear-headed, hard look at reality: The two state solution is dead.

SQUARE CIRCLES, AERODYNAMIC PIGS & TWO STATES - MARTIN SHERMAN
PART I
This is the first of two pivotal articles by Martin Sherman, as published in the Jerusalem Post. The second article titled TWO STATES, 'SECURE BORDERS' AND THE TOOTH FAIRY follows.
Goals: Complete liberation of Palestine, and eradication of Zionist economic, political, military and cultural existence.Method: Armed struggle is a strategy and not a tactic… in uprooting the Zionist existence, and this struggle will not cease unless the Zionist state is demolished.... Opposing any political solution offered as an alternative to demolishing the Zionist occupation in Palestine.
– Fatah Constitution
Israel will exist until Islam will obliterate it, just as it obliterated others before it…. Initiatives, and so-called peaceful solutions and international conferences, are in contradiction to the principles of the Islamic Resistance Movement…. The Day of Judgment will not come about until Moslems fight [kill] the Jews, when the Jew will hide behind stones and trees. The stones and trees will say O Muslim, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him.
– Hamas Charter
When somebody says they want to kill you, you should believe them.

MAD HATTERS, FLAT EARTHERS & TWO STATERS - MARTIN SHERMAN
Excerpts:
Two-statism is fatally flawed in its logic, because its proponents offer no persuasive mechanism for its successful implementation.
Their only formula is a repetition of what has already failed, without providing any compelling explanation why it is likely to work in the future when it hasn’t in the past.
After all, over the past two decades, during which the goal of two-states has been vigorously pursued, with huge international endorsement and massive financial backing, all the warnings of the dangers by its opponents have proved true, while all the promises of benefits by its proponents proved false. Yet unmoved by evidence, two-staters persist in their fanatical – see Santayana above – insistence that theirs is the only way forward.
This, together with Santayana’s above-cited characterization of “fanaticism,” leaves us with an unpleasant dilemma: Should the behavior of two-staters be diagnosed as “insane fanaticism” or “fanatical insanity?”

THE LAND FOR PEACE HOAX - CAROLINE GLICK
"...the land-for-peace formula will be exposed as a twofold fiction. First, it is based on the false proposition that the peace process is a two-way street. Israel gives land, the Arabs give peace. But the inevitable death of the Egyptian- Israeli peace accord under an Egyptian jihadist regime makes clear that the land-for-peace formula is a one-way street. Israeli land giveaways are permanent. Arab commitments to peace can be revoked at any time."
"The question naturally arises: Will the US act in accordance with its role as guarantor of the peace and demand that the new Egyptian government give Sinai back to Israel?" C.G.

KISS THE GREEN LINE GOODBYE - MICHAEL FREUD
In 2011, Jewish population of Judea, Samaria grew at pace of 4.3%, which is more than double national average.
The battle over the future of a Jewish presence in Judea and Samaria is over. To put it simply: the Left has lost, and the Jewish people have won.
Hence, in just 45 years, since the miraculous victory of the Six Day War, the number of Jews living in Israel’s ancient heartland has gone from zero to 700,000 and it is still growing at a hefty clip.
And notwithstanding the media’s predilection to depict all Jewish settlers as bearded, gun-toting men with soup-bowl size yarmulkes on their heads patrolling barren hilltops, anyone who has visited Judea and Samaria knows better.
The population is as diverse as it is large, and it encompasses a broad array of people from a variety of religious, educational and socioeconomic backgrounds.
We have overcome diplomatic disapproval, international hostility, and unjustified opprobrium to reclaim the land that is ours by history and by right.

JORDAN - THE PALESTINIAN STATE
SHOULD ISRAEL APPLY SOVEREIGNTY OVER ALL J&S? MICHAEL WISE
The dream of two states for two peoples will not be realized in the tiny parcel of land that lies between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean.
The vision of Shimon Peres and Yasser Arafat, Yossi Beilin and the EU, Dennis Ross and Foggy Bottom, Ron Lauder and the "Jewish People Policy Planning Institute", is unacceptable to the leaders of the Muslim world, to the Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas, Hezbollah, Fatah and to global Jihadists.
